Ealier, our team in Milanzi undertakook a significant social audit at the Kawaza Rural Health Centre’s newly constructed maternity wing, funded through the Constituency Development Fund. This audit is pivotal in bolstering community confidence in the utilization of public funds.
By empirically verifying the alignment between documentary plans and on-the-ground reality, we ensure transparency and accountability in project execution.
This meticulous examination not only builds trust between citizens and authorities but also serves as a model for effective public resource management. Lessons gleaned from this audit will inform and refine our strategies, enhancing governance practices across Zambia.
