The Alliance for Community Action (ACA) is a non-governmental organisation whose main objective is to grow the routine and systematic demand for public resource accountability in Zambia, with the specific objective of instituting that demand in the public.
In line with the provisions of the ACA financial and procurement policies, the ACA hereby invites applications from suitably qualified individuals and organisations to express interest in providing site planning services on a bare piece of land as indicated below:
Location: Ngwerere area of Lusaka district in the Lusaka Province of Zambia, Off Ngwerere Road
The extent of land: The land measures 2,014 square metres (45X46M)
Scope of Works required: This invitation is for drawing up a site plan given the anticipated and proposed development to be undertaken on the property. The earmarked development includes but is not limited to the following facilities and ancillary components:
- Office block capable of accommodating a workforce of up to 30 members of staff working in 5 administrative departments and a boardroom.
- Conference hall
- Open-air air cafeteria with catering facilities (Insaka)
- Water source (private borehole)
- Sewer system
- Fire assembly point
- Car parking space
- Storeroom/s
- Security guard house and amenities
All applications must be clearly labelled “Invitation for Bid to Draw Site Plan” detailing the following information:
- Name of applicant
- Demonstration of competence and experience with at least three (03) traceable references
- Tax clearance
- At least 1 sample of previous work done
- A narration of the proposed design (There is no need to include actual designs/diagrams)
