The Alliance for Community Action (ACA) is an NGO whose core business is public finance monitoring. We looking for a Head of Finance who will join a small, vibrant team.
Our preferred candidate should have proven experience in finance departments of civil society organizations, with 5 years in a leadership role. They should also have excellent financial management, budgeting, reporting as well as communication skills. Additionally, the candidate will need to be adept at managing donor relations.
