The celebration of African Decentralization and Local Development Day is a significant reminder of the importance of public and citizen participation in governance.
Through the Deepening Democracy Facility Project aimed at enhancing social accountability for the Constituency Development Fund in Mazabuka and Milanzi Constituencies, the ACA has been training citizens in local communities, equipping them with valuable insights into the rights-based approach to service delivery in the management of CDF.
The ACA remains dedicated to strengthening public resource accountability and promoting transparent governance in Zambia.
